The Challenge
The European wig company approached BONO HAIR intending to develop a completely customized full-cap men's hair system based on their clientele's tastes and preferences. For secure wear, they demanded a solution that is equipped with strong adhesion compatibility, a natural, undetectable appearance, and exceptional breathability for all-day comfort. Moreover, the system required to match a client-provided custom two-tone swatch, so hair color consistency was essential in this process.
The Solution
Bono Hair collaborated with the European wig brand for the production and designation of a fully customized BWN009420 hair system. The base of this system was constructed with a Fine Mono Center to achieve maximum comfort and breathability. Additionally, a sturdy NPU perimeter was used for its structure and tape application. For achieving a realistic and undetectable hairline, a super fine welded mono front was utilized. Our technicians have matched and blended Indian Remy Hair for the creation of a striking two-tone effect: a base with a dark brown color and blonde highlights at the front for dramatic appeal.
The Customized Hair Color
The client submitted a custom hair color swatch and requested a two-tone look with bright blonde frontal highlights on a dark brown base. Our technicians used low-temperature dyeing techniques to blend Indian Remy hair in exact color ratios in order to match the sample.
The Customized Hair Length
Following the client's template, the hair length was fixed at 6 inches (15 cm). This mid-length cut provided a good mix of coverage and manageability. To add a gentle wave and texture, the 32mm curl size was maintained throughout the processing process.

The Customized Base
The client needed a cap that was breathable, realistic, and long-lasting. In order to do this, we constructed the base with fine mono in the middle, which provides a breathable and light feel, and NPU around the edges for robust support and tape or adhesive compatibility. To ensure the unit remained discrete and nearly undetectable when worn, we used super fine welded mono for the front to mimic the natural hairline as closely as possible.
The Special Requirements
The customer asked for a complete private-label service in addition to product customization. We made sure that no BONO HAIR branding showed up in any shipments by supporting drop shipping straight to end users. The client's brand labels and hangtags were applied to each unit.
